I'm Sarah Heyer and it's nice to 'unofficially' meet you! I started Heyer Level Photography March 9th, 2020 (yes, days before the world unexpectedly shut down before our eyes). However, I have been pursuing photography long before this professional endeavor began.

Since my parents got me my first point and shoot camera I have been looking through the lens any chance I can- even if it meant only taking pictures of our farm animals growing up. Although I am working full time as a nurse, I just can't seem to put the camera down & so I fill my spare time with this passion. Just as in nursing, I believe there is more to individuals than what's on the outside, and my goal is to show that in my photos.

I will always capture the candid moments. Yes, the pretty posed photos are great, but nothing gives true emotion like the moments you forget you're being photographed and fall into your natural roles and relationships. 

In my down-time, you can find me cuddling with my 3 cats & dog (crazy cat lady, I know), eating sushi, watching endless amounts of Greys Anatomy, cheering on the Badgers & Packers, or spending all the time I can in the world with my family and friends!
